Total Wellness

 Wellness is extremely important in life! To live a happy life is to have total wellness. Many believe its just about being physically fit, but its also about being mentally and socially well!  Having good relationships and a positive mindset are things that will make you so much happier in the long run. I like to build healthy bonds with all the people I'm close to. I also like to treat people nicely and kindly. Knowing what it means to be a friend is also very important. To make and keep friends, you have to be nice, honest, and a good person overall. Relationship with family is also very important! Mental and emotional wellness is important also! I try to treat stress like it's a good thing! This can also help in the long-run because it does less damage to your heart. The affect it has on your body is a lot like joy if you treat it like its a good thing. I like to think that it's a way for my body to prepare itself and do its best! I also have a way to manage my stress. I always remember that it will pass and you can have that same mindset too! I always try not to stress eat and I also try to eat healthy.
